About Us

Langdale Associates is a specialist brickwork, blockwork and stone subcontractor that was formed by Director James Ellis with an ethos of “providing a service that focused on quality and client satisfaction”.  We carryout projects in the South East region from £10k – £2m on a supply and fix, labour only or labour and sundries basis.

Our projects cover various sectors including residential, commercial, education, entertainment and health, working with our clients from pre-tender to completion advising on feasibility, cost, value engineering and program. We undertake projects with challenging parameters of access, distribution and logistics planned and undertaken seamlessly to suit the projects requirements.

All of our projects are managed by SSSTS / SMSTS certified supervisors and we have a 100% CSCS policy for our entire site workforce.

We were very proud to have been awarded the 2015 Brick Development Association Chairman’s Award for a project in London, Eight Artillery Row. This project we carried out for 8 Build a leading Contractor within this field.

Langdale Associates is focused on providing a service to our existing clients with 80% of order book generated from repeat business.
